ABSTRACT
With the promulgation and implementation of administrative approval act, this article makes a new attempt on the evaluation system for electronic government, and put forward a new easy-to-calculate indices system for it, featuring not only for the evaluation of infrastructure construction condition and network functionality condition of electronic government system, but also for the accommodation of network based application system construction, serviceability of government and the democracy and public supervision of networked governments, and of the ability to observe the serviceability, trustworthiness and competitiveness of the government under network environment multi-angle.
