Published:04 June 2007Publication History

ABSTRACT

According to Portuguese Law (Decree 7/2004 article 33) the general rules on error in electronic contracting without human intervention will apply only in case of human error in programming (it will be applied the rules considered for human error in the formation of the will), in case of malfunctioning of the machine (it will be applied the rules concerning error on declaration) and if the message does not arrive to the destination exactly as it was sent (it will be applied the rules on machine error on transmission).
