ABSTRACT

In this work, we discuss the development of software frameworks to support information systems integration based on Web Services. As our main contribution, we introduce a set of requirements that these frameworks should address and present some relevant aspects of a framework called Business Application Support through Software Services (BASS) that was developed considering these requirements.
