ABSTRACT

We developed an aircraft engine maintenance support system that can be used for quick delivery of aircraft QAR data and can support engineers to analyze QAR data to check engine health. Instead of physical logistic, QAR upload subsystem can transfer QAR data electronically from shipside to the remote server via networks. Then, engine-related parameters are extracted from transferred QAR data and stored into the maintenance database. The engine-related parameters in the maintenance database can be shared among several engineers for engine health monitoring at different places and the analysis results will be also used for collaborative analysis.
