ABSTRACT
We developed an aircraft engine maintenance support system that can be used for quick delivery of aircraft QAR data and can support engineers to analyze QAR data to check engine health. Instead of physical logistic, QAR upload subsystem can transfer QAR data electronically from shipside to the remote server via networks. Then, engine-related parameters are extracted from transferred QAR data and stored into the maintenance database. The engine-related parameters in the maintenance database can be shared among several engineers for engine health monitoring at different places and the analysis results will be also used for collaborative analysis.

Risk Analysis of Human Factors in Aircraft Tail Strike During Landing: A Study Based on QAR Data
Engineering Psychology and Cognitive ErgonomicsAbstractAircraft tail strike is an unsafe event that usually occurs during takeoff, landing, and go-around. The majority of related studies only focus on incident investigation reports for analyzing causation, while few examine the risk of human factors ...
Pilot operating characteristics analysis of long landing based on flight QAR data
EPCE'13: Proceedings of the 10th international conference on Engineering Psychology and Cognitive Ergonomics: applications and services - Volume Part IILong landing events make up the largest percentage of all exceedance incidents and multiply the risk of runway excursions in landing phase. For the aim of exploring operating factors causing long landing, this study examined the pilot operating ...
Flight visual simulation system based on sensor technology and QAR data
Ethical Computational Intelligence for Cyber MarketWith the development of wireless sensor technology, more and more fields are applied to wireless sensor technology, and the design and implementation of the flight scene system are in it. The purpose of this study is to design and implement a flight ...
