ABSTRACT
This paper presents the main design decisions and current implementation status of a mobile, Web-based system for supporting cardiologists and paramedics in the remote decision upon the eligibility of Acute Myocardial Infarction patients to therapeutic therapy. This system allows delivering specialized assistance to the location where emergency teams first reach these patients.
