Going digital!: nosolorol or a different way of creating books in the 21st century

Published:07 October 2015Publication History

ABSTRACT

The world of books is experiencing a change without precedents and publishing houses are not external to it. To support the socialization, to increase the implication between readers and books, to promote contact with authors and to evolve towards a digital environment, are some logical questions that publishing houses should treat if they want to continue publishing books in the 21st century. Good example of this adjustment to the digital way it represents, inside the publishing sector of role-playing games, the publishing house Nosolorol that has contributed with some new proposals to the publishing sector. With this presentation, I will try to explain which has been the development of this company, what makes it different from the rest of companies of the sector and which has been its politics of promotion and publishing diffusion, with special attention to the electronic edition.
