IDEAS

These are the proceedings of the 21st annual event of IDEAS and marks the "coming to legal age" of this significant series of annual meetings. The challenge of holding selective meetings such as IDEAS is compounded with an increasing number of conferences using the invited paper only approach with papers guaranteed to be accepted Notwithstanding, we have been fortunate in getting very interesting papers with fresh approaches and ideas. This allows us to continue to be selective. This meeting highlights the current per-occupation with big data, data analytics and IoT; this is reflected in the papers in these proceedings.
