This article has been removed from the ACM Digital Library because it was found to plagiarize an earlier work written by Maria Palacin-Silva, Ahmed Seffah, Jari Porras and Timo Pyhälahti, published by Bioinformatics and entitled "Why Citizen Science and Observatories? How Human can be Engaged in Environmental Sustainability Design?" submitted to Communications of the ACM on June 30, 2016.
