ABSTRACT
In the future, it will be the continued responsibility of User Services to educate everyone concerning the basics of computing. Part of our responsibility is to disseminate accurate information to those people who do not use the computer, but still whose lives are greatly affected by computer technology. Everyday these people participate in transactions which rely upon a computer. Through the educational efforts of User Services, everyone can comfortably enter the mainstream of a computer-oriented society.
