ABSTRACT
Microfiche is an important alternative to printed material in the computing center environment. While this statement may be so obvious as to have little meaning, some of the advantages of microfiche are easily overlooked. Additionally, it is often difficult to turn a customer's or staff member's “yes, but” response into action.
