ABSTRACT
The CAD-CAM systems integration problem is analyzed considering some aspects not commonly implemented in the usual Computer-Aided Process Planning systems. A problem solver architecture, based on a “blackboard” model, is proposed as an appropriate environment to integrated CAD-CAM systems operation.
