Strategic enlightenment from retailing to e-tailing

Abstract

In this paper, we describe the situation of the online retail industry, include sales status, customer behavior and the new business mode under the EC environment. And it want to provide some strategic enlightenment for the Chinese traditional retailers from retailing to e-tailing.
