Effects of transaction circulating rate and currency issue quantity under the circumstance of using e-money: the second paper of serials on e-money

Abstract

This paper analyses the procedures and links in traditional transaction. Through these analyses and calculation, the author got some useful results and guidelines for later economical analyses, which include an interrelationship between traditional transaction circulating rate and the issue quantity demand of e-money and paper money, and the impact on issue quantity of paper money after issuing e-money. It will be useful for e-money theory research and applications.
