Digitized OA system construction of University based on web service technology

Abstract

Information technology and network technology bring about bran-new digitized system, ridding people of brainwork as well as manual labor and managing data, from which the knowledge that is unknown so far but capable of helping creative work and intelligent decisions can be exploited. The article introduces the overall frame and the key technology of digitized OA system of university, and the design scheme of the OA system based on web service in order to provide an overall solution to office automation on the campus of university, promote knowledge management, information communication and sharing, make good use of network resources and increase working efficiency at most.
