Office resource automation: the complete enterprise solution

ABSTRACT

Office Resource Automation (ORA) is a company-wide computer software system used to manage and coordinate all the resources, information, and functions of a business from shared data stores. Office Resource Automation is a systematic application which manages office working through computer system. This is a web application having multiple departments like Admin, Inventory, HRD (Human Resource), Department Head & Employee arranged in a single fashion. Session will be maintained for each user for his working criteria. ORA refers to the varied computer machinery and software used to digitally create, collect, store, manipulate, and relay office information needed for accomplishing basic tasks and goals. Raw data storage, electronic transfer, and the management of electronic business information comprise the basic activities of an office automation system. Office automation helps in optimizing or automating existing office procedures.
